The Welcome Email was exclusively designed for Vision Express staff in their Store Support Centre and Retail Fulfilment Hub.

Before this, no onboarding email was in place when staff members (including myself) arrived for their first day. The Welcome Email effectively directs all new staff members to internal websites, including the bespoke LMS housing essential learning resources. Additionally, it showcases Vision Express’ values.

Alongside this, a Welcome Workbook was also created. The booklet was created in PowerPoint due to it needing to be accessed and edited by the Learning and Development staff.

Incorporating the new L&D branding, previously created earlier in the year, this email format thoughtfully introduces new learners to the engaging onboarding experience.
