Designed a branded welcome email to introduce new starters in the Vision Express Store Support Centre and Retail Fulfilment Hub to their onboarding journey.

With no previous onboarding email in place, I created a central communication that directed colleagues to key internal resources, including the Learning Management System, while introducing Vision Express' values and learning experience. The email incorporated the new L&D brand identity, with bespoke illustrations and graphics created in Adobe Illustrator.

Alongside the email, I developed a complementary Welcome Workbook, creating a consistent and engaging onboarding experience for new colleagues.
