Designed a complete onboarding toolkit for Vision Express after identifying the absence of a structured induction process for Store Support Centre and Retail Fulfilment Hub colleagues.

The project included a Welcome Workbook, Manager's Toolkit, welcome emails and branded communication templates. I created bespoke illustrations and visual assets in Adobe Illustrator, while designing the resources in PowerPoint to ensure they could be easily updated by the Learning & Development team.

The toolkit became the standard onboarding resource for all new starters across the Store Support Centre and Retail Fulfilment Hub.
