Here is the Welcome Workbook Booklet, thoughtfully crafted for Vision Express.

Before my involvement, the Store Support Centre lacked an onboarding process. Now, all new members in the Store Support Centre and Retail Fulfilment Hub receive this booklet during their first week at Vision Express.

The booklet was created in PowerPoint due to it needing to be accessed and edited by the Learning and Development staff. Many assets were created within Illustrator and imported to give a clean and professional look.

In addition to the Welcome Workbook, I designed a Manager’s Toolkit, Welcome Email, and internal communications, including PowerPoint and email templates.
