Learning & Development Rebrand

September - November 2021

Previously, the teams encountered branding inconsistencies, which resulted in unstructured work. The new branding solutions I developed now guarantee clear and consistent identification of all documents. Notably, I opted to design the booklets in PowerPoint, rather than more complex design software like InDesign, making it user-friendly for colleagues to implement these templates themselves.

The results were met with great enthusiasm, particularly from the Head of Learning and Development, who not only expressed immense pride in the work but also shared it with the CEO. This project not only streamlined branding but also contributed to a more efficient and unified approach for the L&D team at Vision Express.

I undertook the task of crafting fresh and cohesive branding for Vision Express' Learning and Development (L&D) team, encompassing divisions such as Professional Development, Apprenticeships, Leadership, and Retail. This comprehensive rebranding effort involved designing distinctive logos for each department, creating versatile booklet templates, email templates, PowerPoint slides, an icon deck, thoughtfully curated colour palettes, and various other valuable resources.
