Designed and developed an onboarding module to help Vision Express colleagues understand presbyopia and optical prescriptions. Working within the established onboarding style, I transformed technical content into an engaging digital learning experience using Storyline 360.

The module included a custom interactive prescription grid, allowing learners to practise entering sphere, cylinder and axis values in a realistic context. It received positive feedback from store colleagues and formed part of the wider onboarding programme.
