Collaborated with the Leadership team to design a Career Development Framework for Vision Express, supporting both retail and professional colleagues in planning their career progression.

Working from raw stakeholder content, I restructured and designed the framework into a clear, accessible resource that was easy to navigate, download and use across the organisation. The finished framework received positive feedback from the Learning & Development team and became a key career development resource on the company's SharePoint.
