Designed and developed a scenario-based eLearning module for the OEG Competent Person authorisation pathway, converting an existing classroom session into a digital format to support flexible learning and last-minute mobilisation.

Working closely with the SME, I transformed procedural content into realistic site scenarios that challenged learners to identify appropriate levels of supervision and recognise gaps in oversight. The module forms part of the formal authorisation process and has been completed by over 300+ engineers.
