We Are Hiring campaign
Designed a recruitment campaign to support ONRG's rapid growth as the business expanded and secured new contracts. Working with the hiring team, I created branded LinkedIn content to help attract new talent and increase awareness of career opportunities.
The campaign combined bespoke graphics, including LinkedIn banners and social media posts with a short promotional video, designed to capture attention and communicate the company's "Knowledge and Experience Delivered" message. The posts generated strong engagement and helped increase visibility of open roles.

New Year's Social Campaign
Designed a New Year's social media graphic at the request of the CEO to engage clients and partners across ONRG's LinkedIn channels.
Optimised for mobile viewing, the campaign used a portrait layout, ONRG's brand colours and subtle branding elements to maximise visibility within LinkedIn's feed while maintaining a clean, professional design.
