Context
When I joined ONRG, the company had fewer than 10 employees. As the business began to grow and secure new contracts, there was an increasing need to attract additional talent. I was asked to support the HR team by creating a short recruitment campaign that could be shared on LinkedIn.
Approach
I developed a simple campaign using static PNG graphics paired with a short video clip featuring the company slogan, “Knowledge and Experience Delivered.” The visuals were designed to align with ONRG’s branding and to work effectively within LinkedIn’s feed, ensuring the message was clear and easy to engage with.
Outcome
The campaign was published on the company’s LinkedIn page and generated strong engagement, attracting a high number of clicks and helping increase visibility of the roles we were recruiting for.
Happy New Year!
The CEO asked me to create a simple New Year’s post to share with clients across the company’s social media channels.
Approach
I designed the post in a portrait orientation, knowing that most LinkedIn users browse on their phones. This helps the content take up more space in the feed and improves visibility. I used ONRG’s brand colours and incorporated the company logo subtly faded into the background to maintain strong branding without distracting from the message.
Outcome
The final graphic was published on LinkedIn as part of the company’s New Year communications, helping maintain engagement with clients and partners while reinforcing the ONRG brand.
