LMS AI Support Assistant

Whilst juggling other projects I have designed and developed an AI-powered support assistant in Microsoft Copilot Studio to help administrators navigate the NRG+ and Inch Cape Learning Management System.

The chatbot was created to reduce the number of support requests to the Learning Design team by providing step by step guidance, troubleshooting common issues and answering platform-specific questions. To support this, I developed a structured knowledge base covering LMS processes, permissions, client-specific rules and troubleshooting guidance, ensuring responses remained accurate and consistent.

The project combines learning technology, information architecture and conversational design to improve the overall LMS support experience. It hasn’t yet been launched but will be added to our SharePoint page once fully tested internally.
