Identified an opportunity to use the existing NRG+ Learning Management System to manage engineers' external training certificates, providing a central location for managers to monitor qualifications, generate reports and support ISO compliance until a dedicated certification system was introduced.

To drive adoption, I designed a branded Outlook communication supported by bespoke Adobe Illustrator graphics and created a step by step instructional video in Canva, guiding engineers through the upload process. The solution improved visibility of workforce certifications, simplified reporting and provided an effective interim process using technology already available within the business.
