Following the successful LMS implementation I led for OEG HV Services, I designed and developed a digital authorisation programme for Working Persons and Competent Persons, replacing a classroom-based approach with scalable online learning. The project included creating a bespoke visual identity, illustrated character set, introduction video, interactive eLearning modules and assessments. Working closely with SMEs, I translated complex technical content into engaging, learner-focused experiences while ensuring technical accuracy.

Despite a demanding delivery timeline, the programme was successfully launched and received strong feedback from both engineers and senior leadership, helping support business growth and new client opportunities.
