Designed and developed an interactive induction package to guide new firefighters through their Development Programme. Working with the Qualifications team, I transformed a traditional induction into an engaging digital experience using Storyline 360.

The package incorporated interactive navigation and learner-focused activities, including a custom folder interaction, which received positive stakeholder feedback and improved the overall onboarding experience.
