Designed and developed a branded internal communications email for AWS to promote learning initiatives and share Insights Discovery training outcomes with over 1,000 employees.
To replace an inefficient Microsoft Word process, I introduced a drag-and-drop HTML email builder and created bespoke illustrations and reusable templates, enabling the L&D team to produce professional communications quickly and consistently. The campaign achieved strong engagement, and the templates became the standard approach for future internal communications.

Healthcare Lifecycle Modules

Collaborated with content creators to develop five healthcare lifecycle eLearning modules for AWS in Articulate Rise. My role focused on designing the visual experience, creating bespoke illustrations and graphics in Adobe Illustrator to transform technical content into engaging, learner-friendly modules.
The custom assets established a consistent visual style across the programme and enhanced learner engagement throughout the modules.
